Home / What We Build

What we build.

Six core capabilities, one shop standard. Whether it's a single room or a full teardown-rebuild, every job runs through the same process, the same crew, and the same attention to the parts nobody sees.

SVC.01 — KITCHEN

Kitchen Remodels

The kitchen carries more foot traffic and more decisions per square foot than any other room in the house — which is exactly why we treat layout, cabinetry, counters, and mechanicals as one connected system rather than a checklist of parts.

We start with how you actually cook and gather, not a showroom template. Plumbing and electrical get moved where they should have been in the first place, not routed around to save a day.

  • Layout & workflow planning
  • Electrical, plumbing & ventilation rework
  • Flooring & lighting coordination
  • Custom or semi-custom cabinet install
  • Countertop templating & install
SVC.02 — BATH

Bathroom Renovation

A bathroom is a wet room wearing nice tile — the waterproofing and drainage underneath matter more than anything you'll see when it's finished. We get that layer right first, every time, before a single finish material goes in.

From there, it's fixtures, tile, and lighting chosen for how the room will actually be used every morning for the next fifteen years, not how it photographs on day one.

  • Waterproofing & membrane systems
  • Tile & stone installation
  • Fixture & vanity selection
  • Ventilation & moisture control
  • Heated flooring options
SVC.03 — ADD

Home Additions

New square footage should look like it was always part of the house — matching rooflines, siding, and window proportions instead of announcing itself as an afterthought bolted onto the side.

We handle the structural engineering, permitting, and foundation work alongside the finish carpentry, so the addition performs as well as it looks for decades, not just for the final walkthrough.

  • Structural engineering & permitting
  • Foundation & framing
  • Roofline & exterior matching
  • HVAC extension & zoning
  • Interior finish carpentry
SVC.04 — RENO

Renovations

Full-scope renovations fail most often at the seams — where the electrician's schedule doesn't match the drywaller's, or nobody owns the decision that was supposed to get made three weeks ago. One general contractor, one schedule, one point of accountability removes that failure mode entirely.

You get a single team managing every trade, a single timeline you can actually trust, and a single person to call when something needs a decision.

  • Full trade coordination & scheduling
  • Structural & mechanical updates
  • Room-by-room finish planning
  • Weekly progress walkthroughs
  • Single point of contact, start to finish
SVC.05 — BSMT

Basement Finishing

An unfinished basement isn't extra square footage yet — it's potential square footage, and the difference is proper egress, moisture control, and ceiling height that actually feels livable, not just technically legal.

We solve the water and code issues first, then build out the space for whatever you actually need: a rec room, a guest suite, a home office that doesn't feel like a basement.

  • Egress window installation
  • Moisture & vapor barrier systems
  • Framing & insulation to code
  • Electrical & lighting layout
  • Flooring suited to below-grade spaces
SVC.06 — EXT

Exteriors & Decks

The envelope of your house takes the weather every day, all year, so we build it to outlast the warranty on the materials themselves — not just to pass inspection and look good for the first season.

Whether it's a full siding replacement or a new deck built for actual New York winters, the work is sized to the load it'll carry and the climate it'll sit in.

  • Siding & envelope replacement
  • Deck design & construction
  • Railing & structural hardware
  • Weatherproofing & drainage
  • Seasonal load engineering
